This wine has a fairly light lemon-like colour, with medium viscosity. Its nose, containing light tones of bread crusts, is supported by that of tree fruits. Its taste is elegant and of medium fullness, with tones of pears and wild plums. Pleasant, refreshing acids along with a harmonious ratio of sugars. This wine forms a great complement to cream soups, pork roast and freshwater fish. We recommend it with hard cheeses such as emmental.
