This elegant “Blanc de Blancs” sparkling wine is made from the attractive Chardonnay grape, which gives it a unique character. It is presented in brut form so that its refined aroma, combining notes of lime, pomelo and white flowers with a hint of honey and nuts in the background, stands out better.
At first glance, it impresses with its pale yellow-green colour with golden highlights and very fine pearl formation, where the pearls stand out only in thin strings and form a beautiful crown on the perimeter of the surface. This sparkling wine was voted by consumers as the best new sparkling wine of 2012.
