BOHEMIA SEKT Visitor Centre won the prestigious title of Champion of the Year 2024 in the TOP Wine Destination competition
We are delighted that our BOHEMIA SEKT Visitor Centre has won the prestigious title of Champion of the Year 2024 in the TOP Wine Destination competition. We are very happy that Starý Plzenec, although it lies outside the typical wine region of South Moravia, remains one of the most popular places for wine lovers. This year we welcomed more than 14,000 guests in the first 9 months, which is a new record! Our tour route takes visitors through the production area, where they can see the care and effort behind the production of each bottle of sparkling wine. Highlights of the tour include an impressive cuvée tank with a capacity of over 1 million bottles and a line with hand-corking of fresh sparkling wine.
