The non-alcoholic Mionetto has a light, straw-yellow colour with a slight, fine pearl. Its aroma is delicate and gentle with notes of ripe fruit, citrus and green apple. The taste is clean, fresh, fruity and slightly sweet.
Mionetto 0.0% is produced from the Glera grape variety, the alcohol is gently removed from the wine by a special vacuum process.
